Refunds
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
Criteria
- The return is requested via email to totekoworld@gmail.com
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The item is received by us within 30 days of the delivery date
- Customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the return. (We recommend all returns be insured for the appropriate amount and shipped back to us using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.)
Toteko reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
